YOUR SUBSCRIPTION SCHEDULE

When do I get my first case?

The cut-off to receive each month’s case is the second Thursday of the month. You may subscribe at any time, but new subscribers who join during the cut-off week will receive their first case the following month.

Monthly Pick Up

Your month’s wine subscription will be ready for you to pick up in the Wine Shop by the third Thursday of each month. You will be notified when you have wine ready for pick up.

When will I be charged each month?

Monthly subscriptions are charged on the same day each month, or the last day of the month if there's no corresponding date in shorter months. For example, if you buy a subscription on January 31, the subscription will renew on February 28, then March 31.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel at any time through your online account with us.

Is delivery available?

At this time, we do not offer delivery. Please pick up at the Wine Shop.

Can I apply a gift card to my subscription?

Not at this time. Gift cards can be used for dining in the restaurant or for retail purchases in the Wine Shop.
